Revision Playlist

I am now on study leave and my higher exams are proceeding. Next one is Chemistry (eep).

In this post I basically just want to share with you some of my favourite songs to listen to when I am studying, to keep my stress minimal!

My favourite songs change all the time but there's always certain songs I turn to or discover for when I am studying! I must admit, my go to band are Florence + the Machine but I promise I do listen to other artists (sometimes)

Some of these artists and bands are ones I don't listen to often,  and only know a couple of songs before any major fans get pissed at me..

Anyway,  here are a good few of my favourites to relax me!

2 trees - Foals

You've Got the Love (Little Noise Sessions)

XXX 88 (Brynjolfur Vice Remix) - MO ft Diplo

Falling - Haim

Wetsuit -  The Vaccines

Home - Gabrielle Aplin

Hyena -  Editors

It's Time -  Imagine Dragons

Cough Syrup -  Young the Giant

Glimmer -  The Maccabees

Midnight - Cosmo

Hey Now -  London Grammar

Rabbit Heart (Raise It Up) -  Florence + the Machine

Bel Air - Lana Del Rey

Celestine -  Spector

Youth - Daughter

Pride -  Amy MacDonald

Tides -  The XX

Over The Love -  Florence + the Machine

Listen To Your Head -  Kaiser Chiefs

I think thats 20.. I could honestly go on forever but those are some of my favourites.  I know a lot of my music is not to many people's taste,  it's a majority of folk rock and indie but oh well,  it may inspire you to listen to some different music. I love just dancing to these songs or reading a good book when playing these on my ipod. They really are a collection of very good songs imo.

I will be organising my next post soon.  I'm going to do some nail polish swatches and reviews and just show you all my nail polishes etc.  It's going to be a big one!!

My instagram accounts are: @happiness_hither and @nailfairy_ which is newly opened!

Have a great day lovelies!!

Nu Nale Cream Review

Today I have a very exciting product to share with you and I wanted to write a review as I have been using it for a good few weeks now.

This is exactly what it says on the box/tube (both I suppose). Nu Nale Cream is a nail strengthener which improves your nail condition. 'Brittle, splitting nails belong to the past' and it's true! If you have very weak nails and have tried every possible nail polish and remedy to have lovely long nails, this is a must! You can purchase this online or in Boots (where I bought mine) for just £3.60. Relatively cheap considering nail polish strengtheners can reach up to £15 or more right?

I have always had trouble with my nails, not so much splitting but breaking because my nails were so weak without polish on them. I had tried everything but nothing helped until I came across this one day looking for a good cuticle cream. A few weeks on and my nails are the longest and strongest they have ever been.

It is really quick and easy to apply and unlike nail polish there's no drying time. I just put a small bead sized drop onto the bottom of every nail  and rub it into my cuticles, around my nail and over my nail every morning and night and within just a couple of days I noticed a considerable difference.

It's true that I was skeptical but when I saw that this product had 5 star reviews I had to try it! It really is a miracle worker and I recommend it to everyone. My mum now uses this, along with my auntie and my cousins and they swear by it now too!

Another good habit I have taken up when I have been regularly using this product is apply hand and cream whenever you have washed your hands. Soap removes all the oils from your skin which keep them healthy and by doing this my hands are super soft and my nails are seriously healthy!

I know I have ranted on a bit about this but it is really good so I appreciate it if you have taken the time to read this, I hope it will be really beneficial to everyone!

Enjoy the rest of your day :)

Beach Flowers

First Post!

I have no idea what has possessed me to make a blog but I really want to share my nail designs and what better way to share things than on a blog?! I think I will mainly post my nail designs and occasional fashion things but also any news I have of interest (which isn't a lot).

Anyway I would like to share with you my 'beach flowers' nail design which I quickly done yesterday afternoon when i was supposedly 'revising'. This mani is super quick and extra cute!

I used a range of brands and colours as you will see below and I will also write them down for anyone interested!

From left to right:  Collection 2000 Hot Looks in Go Retro!
                                Fearne Collection in Rudi Red
                                Fearne Collection in Lola Lavender
Revlon Top Speed in No. 330 Emerald
Revlon in No. 185 Sweet Tart
Revlon in No. 050 White On White

A little extra..
For the past few years I have been completely avoiding the Collection 2000 Hot Looks range but recently I was gifted a couple and even though I have only tried this deep purple 'Go Retro!' they seem to have improved their formula and I was very impressed with it!
